If paying with Paypal, we only ship to Confirmed addresses. If paying with money order, the address provided on the envelope is where we will ship the item to. Tracking confirmation is included with the S/H fee; insurance is optional. We DO NOT ship to unconfirmed Paypal addresses at all. If international buyers pay with an unconfirmed address, they have the option to pay for extra Expressed shipping (USPS). We require Int'l buyers with Unconfirmed addresses to ship via Expressed Mail so we can purchase a tracking number for there item. If you do not want to pay extra for the Expressed Mail, we accept Int'l Money Orders. No bank wire transfers, though.
