Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We offer one-time free size exchange (per transaction) in case if you order a wrong size wedding gown. We accept returns on non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on customized gowns. If you are returning the dress for refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

You are responsible for:

1. Shipping costs in the return of the gown including insurance;

2. Returning the gown in the same condition that it was in when received;

3. Returning the gown within 7 days from the date when the gown is received; Extra fee applied if return is made after specified period.
