Payments:
Legacy Two-Way prefers PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and E-Checks through your bank account.
It is the safest and easiest way to send money for on-line purchases. You can send payment via PayPal if you have an account or not. Just follow the instructions during the checkout process.
All Payment's are required with-in 5 days after an item is purchased via Auction or Buy it Now.
Shipping:
Legacy Two-Way is a brick and mortar business.
Once cleared payment is received all items are shipped within 24Hrs M-F between the hours of 9-5 Est excluding Weekends and Holidays.
Shipments are made using USPS First class or Priority mail. Heavy and larger items are shipped via UPS.
If you need an item faster and would like overnight delivery please contact us prior to payment so arrangements can be made.
International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Guarantee:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, just contact us within three (3) business days from your delivery date. If Legacy Two-Way is unable to resolve your concern, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping charges not included unless we made a gross error in our listing. Upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise, Legacy will issue a credit back to your PayPal account only.
