Shipping/Handling

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). For most items, we give you a choice of shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, and Media Mail if appropriate. We charge actual shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials.

Packages damaged in transit If the package is damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days after receiving the item. We will be happy to work with you in obtaining your insurance reimbursement.
Important: Please save the packing materials, including the outer box or envelope. The USPS will not honor insurance claims without seeing these materials. | |

Flawed merchandise
If the package is not damaged, but you discover a flaw that was not mentioned in the eBay description, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item and let us know the nature of the problem. We try to describe items fully and accurately, but occasionally we may miss something.
To obtain a refund, please wait to hear back from us. After we authorize the return, please wrap the item carefully and ship it back to us within 5 days via registered mail. We will refund your money, including shipping costs, within 7 days after we receive the item. | |
