We prefer PayPal but will accept Personal Check/Money Order, a bank to bank wire transfer, a Certified Check or Cash. All major credit cards are accpepted via PayPal. If paying by any means other than PayPal please allow 10 - 14 days for your payment to be received and clear the bank before your item will ship. |

| Lenius Technologies ships daily using UPS Standard & 3 day Select and USPS Priority & First Class Mail. Most items ship with in 24 hours of completed payment. All buyers will be provided with a delivery confirmation or tracking number upon shipment. If your item ships USPS the number will be a delivery confirmation only and will NOT show the progress of the package, only that it has shipped and has been delivered. UPS will provide step-by-step tracking of your package. |

| Lenius Technologies holds firm to our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and will gladly accept returns on all items we sell unless noted in the item description. Our return period is 30 days from purchase, all returns must be initiated with in the 30 days. If the item is DOA we will cover the return shipping and issue a label via email for the return item. If you are returning the item for any reason other than defectives the buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Lenius Technologies will issue an exchange or refund in the form of cash (minus shipping) or a store credit. All refunds will be credit in the same manor payment was made (i.e. if you paid via PayPal you will be refunded via PayPal, if you paid by check/money order or cash you will be refunded via check). All refunds are processed with in 48 hours of receiving the returned item. |
