feedbacks here and there, don't buy from us, we don't need your money, go
somewhere else.
We do business to nice people only,

you email us with any questions, please do understand that we have lots of
customers, and we are
always
trying to ship your orders as fast as we could. You will receive an email
confirmation once the product is shipped.

Do you combine shipping? |

Yes we do, you can use shipping calculator located at the bottom of our
auctions to determine your shipping costs. For a mix of different items,
please do buy it now on all auctions you want, and use shipping calculator
when you have done shopping. Some items cannot be combined due to its size,
please contact us for more details before bidding if you are unsure. |

What happens when the products I
receive damaged? |

We ship non-damaged products with adequate shipping material to ensure you
will receive them in the same condition we ship them. In rare case, if the
product is damaged during shipping, we will help you to claim it with
respectable shipping company we uses to ship your product. |

All packages are packed with shipping materials (box, peanuts, etc). |

contacting us first and stating your problem and let us work with you to
resolve it, we reserve the rights to ignore all your emails and you will not

ship mostly within 3-5 Business days. Once we print the shipping labels needed
for your package, Paypal / our system
will
send you an email confirmation that your package will be on its way, in that
email, Tracking # will
be included.

UPS
mostly add brokerage fee automatically and will bill that fee to you when the
package arrives.
Depending on the items, there might be customs fees added on top of shipping
cost. If your package has not arrive
within a certain time period, please call your local post office, and let them
know the delivery confirmation # or
tracking #, and check if you have to pay for customs. We do not cover for these
kind of fees as we are not related to
the
post office / customs.
DOA
(Dead on Arrival) / Damaged Products
It's
rare but it happens sometimes. We will replace DoA product if buyer satisfy
these conditions:
1.
Buyer must provide adequate proof that the item is DoA in the form of
picture, video, or returns when requested.
2.
Sending us an email stating that the item is not working, damaged, etc, will not
help the replacement process faster.
For security purposes, we cannot and will not just take buyers' words on the
items. If the item is broken, buyer needs to proof it to us.
30-Days Return Policy
- Return
for refund within: 30 days after product arrived at buyer’s location.
- Return
for replacement within: 30 days after product arrived at buyer’s location.
- All
products must be returned in its original condition, complete with any
accessories included.
- We have
the right to reject damaged products due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
- We have
the right to reject returns if accessories that were included are missing.
- We have
the right to reject returns if the buyer simply did not understand the way our
auction works and did not read what are important in the auction, such as: the
condition of the item, and the “Items Included” section.
All defective / non-working products must be reported to
Leonity Affaire at eb_mike1@yahoo.com
within 30 days after buyer receives the product for this policy to apply.
RMA Form must be downloaded and emailed (attached to email)

Most of
the time, we give our buyer full refunds on products that are not as advertised
in the auctions. However, there are different circumstances, see below.
When
the buyer returns the products to Leonity Affaire, this following restocking fee
applies:
- IF
accessories are not returned: 15% restocking fee
- IF
problem reported on the product is invalid / product working as it should when
returned: 15% restocking fee
- IF
products show abuse: 20% restocking fee / we have the right to reject returns.
- IF
products + accessories are returned completely with no signs of abuse: 9%
restocking eBay fee.
Leonity Affaire reserve
the rights to cancel the orders of
errors on its site and not honor the pricing errors.
By Bidding on our auctions,
you are completely agree with the above statements and disclaimers.
We all
humans, we make mistake, if you still leaving negative feedback after we are
trying to make it up to you, by sending you refunds, and or by sending you
misplaced items, etc, then the next time you make mistake, we sincerely hope
that other person won't forgive you.
