Payments:    

Domestic:  PayPal only.  Payment must be received within five (5) days of purchase.

International:  PayPal only.  Payment must be received within five (5) days of purchase.

Taxes:   

7% Indiana Sales Tax on total order (Indiana residents only)

Delivery:   

Delivery to worldwide locations accepting USPS Priority Mail International.

Shipping:    

Domestic

• Jewelry and Bridal Accessories:  In most instances, jewelry and bridal accessory items weigh less than 13 ounces and are sent via your choice of either USPS first-class or USPS Priority Mail.  Orders with a weight exceeding 13 ounces must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 
• Bridal Bouquets:  All bouquets are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

International

• Will ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only. 

• Jewelry and Bridal Accessories:  In most instances, jewelry and bridal accessory items are sent via your choice of either USPS International first-class or USPS International Priority Mail.  Orders with a weight exceeding 13 ounces and/or a value of $50.00 or more must be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.  

• Bridal Bouquets:  All bouquets are shipped USPS International Priority Mail. 

Special Orders

In the event of a return, custom colors/special orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Multiple Item Shipping Discount: 

You must submit one payment for all purchases in order to qualify for discounted shipping. 

In most instances, your package will be mailed within 2 business days of payment receipt (excluding bouquets, special order or large quantity orders).

Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to me.  If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with the item(s) you have purchased, please use the following procedure to obtain your refund:

• Send me an e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of your product to obtain a return authorization number.
• Packages must be postmarked within five (5) days following the issuance of the return authorization number.
• Upon receipt of the item(s), in their original condition and packaging, I’ll be happy to refund you the purchase price* (reminder:  custom orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee). 
• Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 
• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer; insurance must be purchased for returned Items valued over $50.00.  
• Refunds will not be processed if a Return Authorization number has not been issued or if the product has been damaged.
