We guarantee that we sell only first quality, new with tags (NWT), authentic clothing from Chico’s and Tommy Bahama.  As a Power Seller, we are committed to providing you the best possible selection of designer clothing at affordable prices, and with professional and courteous service.  We greatly appreciate your patronage, and will do our best to make Less4Luxury2 your favorite site for fine apparel.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment on winning auctions must be received within 7 days of the auction end.  An automatic email will be sent to each auction winner after the close of the auction instructing you on payment. 

For domestic purchases eBay now only allows "Pay Pal" for payment. International orders must be purchased through PayPal as well.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We are in the process of converting to the calculated method of shipping to offer more savings to you. However, you may still see some listings with flat rate shipping throughout the store.  Let us know if you would like us to revise the listing before you pay if you would prefer it calculated.

If you prefer to use Priority, that will also be available.  We normally ship within within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

This discount only applies to clothing paid together on ONE invoice – orders sent separately are subject to separate shipping fees.  If you are shopping several times in one day, please do not check out until you have finished shopping.
 
EBay has removed all options to purchase insurance.  EBay provides the buyer the use of Pay Pal as means of settling matters there. Buyer assumes all risk once the items have left our offices, and we do not issue refunds for items lost in the mail. Please common sense dictates that once item has left our hands to a third party we have no control over it any more then if you were to send something. We do provide free delivery conformation, so we will track what makes it to your door.

We will gladly ship to Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and western Europe.  Due to the extra postage and handling requirements, multiple item discounts are not available.  Insurance is optional, but recommended.  Again, Buyer assumes all risk once the items have left our offices, and we do not issue refunds for items lost in the mail.  

SALES TAX

Sales tax is collected in California.

RETURN POLICIES

For returns, notify us within 48 hours of receiving and we will send you a return code. Your item must be returned within receipt 7 days of our shipping confirmation date. Garment must not be worn and must have the original attached tags. Unless there is a problem on our end, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and 20% re-stocking fee to be deducted from the final refund as to partially recover original shipping cost plus the eBay and Pay Pal fees that resulted from this purchase. If you need more information, please feel free to ask any questions before you bid or purchase.  We will make every effort to get back to you within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  Please include insurance or delivery confirmation when returning, to insure that we will be able to refund incase there is a problem with it's return delivery.  Pay Pal will not handle return shipping discrepancies' only original non-arrivials.

NON-PAYMENT / UNPAID ITEM POLICY

If you are still shopping with us or have a specific circumstance which delays payment, please drop us an e-mail.  We’re happy to work with you.

If we have not heard from you or have not received payment within 7 days of purchase, we reserve the right to re-list the item and report non-payment to eBay for their enforcement/penalty action.

Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

Sellers can file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction).

Note: If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.
