Customer Satisfaction: We have a goal at
Life Outdoorsman to achieve 100% customer
satisfaction. We take pride in our ability to
resolve even the smallest misunderstandings. If
for any reason, you are not completely satisfied
with our service, please contact us via Ebay,
email or phone and we will be happy to assist
you. We feel confident that we will be able to
resolve all reasonable request.
Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction
ending. If for any reason the payment is not
made within 7 days the item will be relisted
unless contacted by the customer to make proper
payment arrangements…
Shipping:
We ship our products through both USPS and/or
UPS. USPS we use either First Class mail or
Priority Mail 2-3 day Shipping. UPS shipping is
Ground only unless requested by the customer for
a quicker delivery, in which additional costs
will apply.
International Shipping: We ship both USPS
and/or UPS. Some International shipments will
incur duties/tariffs once clearing customs. We
have no control over the fees nor do we profit
from them in any way. We have no way to know
before hand the amount if any that will be
charged via customs. These fees are solely the
responsibility of the customer.
Combined
Shipping: We will combine shipping on
multiple items won. In very rare cases will we
not be able to combine shipping due to packaging
by the manufacture...
Insurance:
All insurance is optional and the cost will
reflect the amount paid for the item. Insurance
cost will be established at each auction or buy
it now item listed.
Refunds/Exchanges: We will offer exchanges
on any products that is not working properly
upon receiving them from shipment. In some
cases, many of our products has manufacture
warranties on them and will be replaced or
repaired by the manufacture. In rare instances
we will offer a full refund upon the sellers
discretion of the issue..
