In all cases, actual shipping or a "best flat rate" is charged. We don't believe in gouging so we commonly refund customers any additional difference you may have over paid, if its more than say about $1.50.

Most items are sold AS-IS with no refunds or warranty unless otherwise stated in the auction. Said items must be returned within 3-days and you must contact us prior to returning them. We generally guarantee items against being dead on arrival (DOA) but because many items we sell are in used condition we can not accept returns. There are no refunds for new items or for software due to the illegal generating and sharing of cracked software registration keys. Thank you for understanding.
