One-year Warranty (Optional Service):
Some items may provide Insurance or Warranty. For buyers who did not purchase Insurance / Warranty, damage during shipping will NOT be covered.
The warranty will take effected after we received the complete registration form. Buyer is responsible for complete the warranty form and mail back to us within 14-day. The original receipt is required for all, exchanges and warranty repair services. Light Trend makes no representation or warranty regarding third-party products or services. Warranty are available for machines normally used for personal, family or household purposes. The warranty does not cover repairs caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, condensation, spilled liquids, insect infestation, misuse, abuse, altered or missing serial number and original receipt or damage caused by non-authorized repair personnel. Also not covered are replacement costs for lost or consumable parts, cosmetic damage and problems due to improper and/or non-factory authorized installation or repairs. Warranty period begins with the item date of purchase. Term and conditions subject to change without notice.

Within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a check (Insurance, warranty, transaction, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)

Returned item should be carefully packed (in original packing or secured packing with your own) and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Buyer is responsible for all freight costs on all return or exchange of returns of merchandise.

Full credit will not be given for incomplete or damage returns. Absolutely no refunds for merchandise returned after 7-days. Warranty period begins with the items date of shipment record.

The 7-days warranty policies returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All return must be in re-sellable condition including all original packaging and accessories.

All return have to be accompanied with an original sales receipt.

Light Trend makes no representation or warranty regarding third-party products or services. Support unrelated to a warranty issue may be subject to additional charges.

Warranty and return policies are available for machines normally used for personal, family or household purposes. This policy covers manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship that are the result of normal usage.

No Lemon Policy: After three service repairs have been completed on an individual product and that individual product requires a fourth repair, as determined by us, we will replace it with a product of comparable performance, not to exceed the original purchase price.

This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, down-time and charges for time and effort.

This warranty is fulfilled when a product is replaced after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not cover cleanings and alignments unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
