Return Policy:
It's our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. All sales come with 7-day no reason return warranty unless advertised differently. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all, warranty and/or return policy. If the auction item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a check (the refund amount will not include all of the insurance, transaction, shipping and handling fee). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and re-shipping fee exchange or refund item.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Support unrelated or abnormally used to a 7-day warranty issue may be subject to additional charges. Returned item should be carefully packed (in original packing or secured packing with your own) and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. A refund will be issued if replacement is not available. Offer valid only purchased from Light Trend.
If the item is in Back Order status, buyer can request the full refund. (The payment must be received or cleared over 14 business days.)
Return Procedures:
Please send returns back to us insured for the full purchase value and using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or USPS w/ confirmation number. All return have to be accompanied with our company original sales receipt. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging or secure packing with your own. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return.
