All parts from LightNing Auto Parts are used that we sell unless otherwise stated. So read listings FULLY; before biding/buying as condition may very from part to part(Example: is that soft top windows are pictured for the color or to show what they look like, but MAY not be the same window you get.). Here at LightNing Auto Parts we try to describe the condition of all the parts as best we can.
NO DOA(dead on arrival) Speakers, Audio, Radios, & Electronic parts:
Even though they are sold as is; the Speakers, Audio, Radios, & Electronic will NOT be DOA(dead on arrival). If you do happen to get a DOA; it will ONLY be exchanged or you will get store credit to buy something else in our store. Will get exchange or store credit, IF only the item was NOT altered in anyway(meaning plugs is messed up, wires cut, and etc). Item must be returned and looked at before you get exchange or store credit.
All Shipping is paid by buyer(to and from). Also if the item is a DOA; you MUST notify LightNing Auto Parts within 72 hours of DELIVERY. YOU can only notify us by email ONLY, so there written proof of the problem. IF you use aol for email, then there could be a chance we MAY not get your email. We reply to all emails we get. Best way to contact us is through ebay, if we do not reply to your email.
Negative or neutral feedback:

IF there is a problem with item you got and you feel it was there before the item was shipped. PLEASE email us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. If you do not contact us, then we do not know there is a problem. Even if the shipping did damage the item please contact us and let us know there was a problem. That way we and can try help your claim if we can.

NOTE:
PLEASE make sure your email address is up to date before thinking we ever got it or did not reply. Again we reply to all buyers NO matter what the problem is about with the item. You can't get the replys, if your email address is a invalid email address. Best way to contact us is through ebay, if we do not reply to your email. You still must have a valid email address to get the replys from us.

We are NOT liable, if you bid/buy the wrong part from me:
Example: If you need upper DOOR skins and bid/buy soft top windows. Or if you need a new top(soft top skin with windows) and buy just the soft top windows.   Also lets say you buy a soft top window from me and you thought it had the tailgate bar with it.  I ONLY ship what you buy in the listing.  If it is NOT stated or pictured in the listing then it is NOT included.   I sell what is in the listing. So ONLY bid/buy, if that is what you need. ASK questions, if you are not sure or confused about what the listing includes BEFORE YOU BID/BUY.  I list my item(s) very clear about what I am selling, but some buyers want more then what is listed. 
Negative feedback that I have Received:

As of 2/9/2005 I have received three Negative feedback. In which I would like to take the time to explain what happened in each case.

Case one(boscobears (item #7917880236)):
He did not read listing fully and tried to get a complete top.  It was listedthat it was only the soft top skin.
Case two(b0000xer):
The listing was very clear about not taking Credit cards or debit card in the listing.  So in this case he did NOT read my "Seller's payment instructions &return policy" for the listing he win.  So he gave me Negative feedback for no reason.
Case three(rpsrn (item #7945536493)):
This case is very new and I was never emailed even though he says he emailed me 5 times.  I guess the reason why is complaning is because the window was replaced(only a guess since I never gota email from the buyer).  This was stated in the listing that the buyer win.  On top of all this about the Negative feedback.  The buyers email was/is invalid(as of 2/8/2005 it still was). So all 20 times that I tried to email the buyer, they were sent back to me(tried to email tracking information, trying to make sure the buyer was getting my email etc.).  So there was never anyway to see what was wrong because the buyers email was invalid/bad.

I added this to give you a little more about what happened. We are all people and things do happen. I fix all the problems that I know about. But if I never know about them, then I can never fix them. I know I can not make everyone 100% happy, but Ill try my hardest to make you 100% happy with your order.

Note: I give my buyers 10 days to pay for items. If I do not hear anything from the buyer in 7 days or get payment in 7 days; I will file with ebay saying you have not paid.

 All this is for you the buyer to read BEFORE you buy or bid on our items.  The reason for all this is because buyers DON'T read, try to back out of the sale because they found it cheaper, or don't want it anymore.  So if you think we am mean it is because buyers do not read.  The buyers that don't read, found the item cheaper somewhere else, or don't want it anymore are the buyers that make me put all this information up.  We at LightNing Auto Parts are really nice, honest, up front, but the problem buyers MAKE us put all this stuff up.
