LightNing Auto Parts's Return Policy

 LightNing Auto Parts will ONLY take returns on items that were LightNing Auto Parts's mess up, and will also take returns, IF you are not happy.

Misrepesented Policy:

For  LightNing Auto Parts  to take returns back that was  LightNing Auto Parts's mess up you MUST EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIEVERLY.  You must be able to show what you got along with the box it came in , if asked.  Or you may be asked to describe the item in detail.  LightNing Auto Parts will work with you the best we can to make you happy. 

ONLY  LightNing Auto Parts 's MESS UP CAN GET A FULL REFUNED, IF WE ARE UNABLE TO WORK THINGS OUT.  YOU MUST SEND BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION OR BUY IT NOW, IF BOUGHT IN THE STORE.  REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE ITEM IS RETURNED AND INSPECTED BY LightNing Auto Parts .  To get  a full refund when being returned it MUST be in the same condition it was sent.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with the item and want to return it you may do so, but there will be a 15% restocking fee of the total price plus you will not get back the shipping cost of the item(also 15% will also be if you return just because you didn't like it(meaning you didn't read listing and was not just like the picture) or if you found the same item cheaper somewhere else and want to back out of the sale.).  YOU MUST EMAIL TJLocker within 72 hours of DELIEVERLY to be able to return items.  REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE ITEM IS RETURNED AND INSPECTED BY  LightNing Auto Parts. DAMAGE SHIPMENTS can NOT be returned for any reason.  YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY, IF THERE IS DAMAGE AND ITEM IS INSURED.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY LEFT IN AND RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION OR BUY IT NOW IF BOUGHT IN THE STORE.(THERE IS NO  RESTOCKING FEE, IF YOU ARE RETURNING A Misrepesented ITEM)  Also refunds will ONLY BE GIVEN given through PAYPAL only.  So if you return a item and want the refund you MUST have a paypal account.

Speakers, Audio, Radios, & Electronic parts are SOLD AS IS NO MATTER WHAT.  THERE ARE NO RETURNS unless the item is DOA. 

NO DOA(dead on arrival) Speakers, Audio, Radios, & Electronic parts.

Even though they are sold as is; the Speakers, Audio, Radios, & Electronic will NOT be DOA(dead on arrival).  If you do happen to get a DOA; it will ONLY be exchanged or you will get store credit to buy something else in our store.  Will get exchange or store credit, IF only the item was NOT altered in anyway(meaning plugs is messed up, wires cut, and etc).   Item must be returned and looked at before you get exchange or store credit. 

All Shipping is paid by buyer(to and from).  Also if the item is a DOA; you MUST notify  LightNing Auto Parts  within 72 hours of DELIEVERLY.  YOU can only notify us by email ONLY, so there writen proof of the problem.  IF you use aol for email, then there could be a chance we MAY not get your email.  We reply to all emails we get.  Best way to contact us is through ebay, if we do not reply to your email.

NOTE:  If we do not have another of the same item you will ONLY get store credit.

DAMAGE SHIPMENTS:  YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY(if your item is insured).  DAMAGE ITEMS ARE NOT  LightNing Auto Parts  RESPONABELTY AS WE CAN'T WATCH IT'S EVERY STEP.  WE WILL HELP IN EVERYWAY WE CAN; TO GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION YOU NEED ON OUR SIDE.  DAMAGE ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY  LightNing Auto Parts misrepesented Policy.

Returning Returns and misrepesented items:

Returns and misrepesented items MUST be paid by buyer when returning items.  Misrepesented items will get 100% of there money back on the amount you paid  LightNing Auto Parts.
