How do I use the “Best Offer” feature?
- The “Best Offer” feature is there to allow YOU, the Buyer, to dictate the Final Price of your purchase, within reason of course ;)
- As Authorized Dealers for all the products we sell, the Manufacturers do require us to post Minimum Advertised Pricing, but we CAN accept Your Offers!
- Just click on the “Best Offer” button and submit what you feel is a fair price for the item you want. If you have
requested a price within reason, your offer will be accepted and
it will allow you to purchase the item at your
New Price. It’s that Easy!
- You can make up to 3 offers per item, making it easier to agree on an acceptable price.
How much is shipping?
- Please use the shipping calculator located at the bottom of each item listing. Just enter your zip code, or country (if applicable) and it will calculate your shipping costs.
- If you are looking at an item that exceeds weight limitations or is oversized, UPS or DHL may be the only option
available to International Buyers.
- We offer UPS, USPS, and DHL as our primary methods of shipping. No other methods are offered at this time.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
- There is Absolutely NO SALES TAX unless you’re located in California. Customers located in California are subject to an 8.25% Sales Tax only on the cost of items, not shipping, which some Sellers do.
What are the applicable Duties and Taxes if I am an International Customer?
- Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and subject to the local laws of their country.
- We are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes you may experience upon importation of products into your country. Please check with your local customs officials for details.
- Audio Video Giant is a reseller and we are unable to declare any packages as a Gift or lower the Cost of your Invoice. This is illegal on our part and may subject us to fines.
How do I make Payment?
- Please follow the instructions provided by the Ebay shopping cart to make Payment on your order. If you are still confused and unable to figure out the Ebay Checkout Process or PayPal, please contact us and someone will be happy to assist you.
- If you would like to pay with a major Credit Card we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please email us and make sure to provide your Phone Number so one of our representatives can get in touch with you as soon as possible.
- DO NOT email us your Credit Card information.
When will I get my Tracking Number?
- If the item is in stock at our facility, you will receive the tracking number within 48 to 72 hours form your Payment being received and Verified.
- In some cases we do ship products directly from the manufacturer. This may cause an additional 24 to 48 hour delay before the item is sent out and Tracking Information is available.
- Please allow the above mentioned number of Business Days to pass before contacting us for Tracking Information. Should you not receive your Tracking Number within 5 Business Days please contact us right away.
- If an item is not readily available for shipping either from our Location or the Manufacturer we will notify you within 24 hours. In this RARE occasion we will provide you with a lead time of how long it will take before the item is in stock and ready to ship.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
- UPS Ground Transit Time is normally 2 to 7 business days from the date of departure, depending on the state you’re located in, and where your item is shipping from.
- The majority of International Shipments take 5 to 7 days transit time, again depending on your location, not counting customs clearance,and any possible remote area of delivery.
Are items accepted for return?
- Products will only be accepted for return if they are DOA (Defective On Arrival) or if not as described.
- If an item is found to be defective it is exchangeable only for the Same Item.
- All items must be inspected for damage or defects within 7 days of receipt.
- Each product must be insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping & insurance costs are non-refundable.
- Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, and check received from the insurance company before sending out replacement item, if available. This process can take 4-6 weeks.
