Payment Information
  • Payment is expected within 4 calendar days of your purchase. Your order will not be sent until payment is completed. If you need more time than the allotted 4 days, please contact us prior to making your purchase(s). We are usually more than happy to grant customers additional time to complete payment, but if you don't ask, we do not know.
  • We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Important: If you pay with a PayPal "eCheck" instead of a PayPal "Instant Payment", we must wait for the eCheck to clear our account prior to shipping. It is also your responsibility to realize whether or not you paid with an Instant Payment or an "eCheck".
  • If you prefer to pay by credit card, we would be happy to assist with payment. Please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to do so. Please note that if paying by credit card we will only ship to your billing address, we do not accept alternate addresses.
Shipping Information
  • All items over $250 are shipped with signature required at no additional charge, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. This ensures that there are no lost packages. Any packages that are sent back to us will be reshipped to you at your expense. Most carriers attempt to deliver 3 times and leave a notice prior to returning the shipment to us, so this is a rare occurrence.
  • We ship within the 50 United States only. We are sorry to say that we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses as they are considered exports and require customs forms. We DO NOT EXPORT, DO NOT ASK
  • Shipping for orders of $30 or more is free to the continental 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii pay $5-$10 for US Priority Mail.
  • All items are shipped quickly. We ship the vast majority of our orders within one business day. However, there are rare occasions when a shipment may not go out until the second business day.
  • We ship via US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground at our option. If you have a preference of these 3 carriers, please let us know and we will usually be able to accommodate your request. There are, however, occasions when we cannot, but we will always make an honest effort to do so.
  • If a particular carrier does not service your address or is not convenient for you, please let us know at the time of purchase; we have no way to know this unless you tell us before we ship!
  • Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If paying with PayPal, it is mandatory that you provide us with a "Confirmed" shipping address. We only ship to the address showing in the PayPal payment screen in the "Shipping Address" field. Do not e-mail us and ask us to ship to a different address. Simply add the desired address to your PayPal profile, confirm it, and then send payment.
  • All items are shipped with insurance included at our expense. If, in the rare case, an item is lost or damaged during shipment, we will file the insurance claim promptly. We will not reimburse or replace the item until the insurance claim is granted. Insurance claims take time, sometimes as long as 30 days. We always do right by our customers but it is imperative that you remain patient until the insurance claim has been processed. We work quickly to resolve issues for our customers but not all third party companies share the same sense of urgency that we do.
Government Export Restriction
All items on our website, other internet advertisements, online auctions, or any other means of advertisement may be subject to export regulations by the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Read our Export Policy before placing your order. By purchasing from Lights & Holsters Tactical Store, the customer certifies that they are a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident permitted to own the aforementioned article(s). The customer also certifies and agrees not to export the item(s) and/or use, give, transfer, or convey by other means the item(s) in a manner inconsistent with any law of the U.S.
Return Information
  • We allow 30 days from the date and time that the tracking info shows an order as delivered for items to be returned. Please inspect your items promptly!
  • You must contact us through the eBay message system to request an RMA number. This is mandatory. Any items that get returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the buyer's expense.
  • Unopened returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee minus the actual cost we paid for shipping. Opened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee minus the actual cost we paid for shipping.
  • Exception: Defective items or returns due to an error on our part are not subject to a restocking fee and we will also reimburse you for the cost of return shipping and insurance if returning by ground services such as US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground. We do not reimburse for any boxes or packing materials that you decide to purchase and we do not reimburse for pickup charges.
  • In order for an item(s) to be eligible for return, you must have and ship back all manufacturer packaging, spare parts, manuals, inserts, paperwork, and any freebies that were included. If we receive an incomplete return, your return will not be accepted.
  • Any item being returned must not be registered with the manufacturer by the customer as it will be resold as new if not damaged or defective.
  • If the item is not damaged/defective, it will be resold as new and must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • We do not accept returns for items that are used, show signs of use, installation, or that were damaged during installation.
    Some examples include, but are not limited to the examples shown in the table below.

  • Galco holsters, among some of the others we carry, are very tight when you first take them out of the box. Sometimes your gun won't even get halfway into the holster and you may think you got the wrong holster or that it was made wrong. This is NORMAL and is a result of the molding process. These holsters are molded directly to your gun and will fit like a glove after you follow the break-in instructions. We have yet to have a single holster not fit the gun(s) it was intended for after the break-in process.
  • Once you start to use your holster, it becomes marked up from a variety of factors. Those factors include but are not limited to, wear marks from holstering and unholstering of your gun, creases from working any thumb break or from being worn. Holsters that show signs of use are not eligible for return.
  • Leather shoulder holsters usually require you to trim or cut the excess off of the straps/harness after you decide that you have adjusted it to the right fit. Any holster which has trimmed, cut, or altered components are not eligible for return.
  • Rifle, pistol, and shotgun sights must be inspected immediately.
  • Once installed and/or shot with, sights are no longer eligible for return and any warranty issue is to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Any set of sights being returned with signs of installation or attempted installation are not eligible for return. It is always recommended that you call the manufacturer before purchase if you are uncertain as to whether or not the sights will fit your gun.
  • Many sights contain small parts, including but not limited to a screw, nut, or bolt for the front sight. Those parts must be included with your return. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
  • All of our tritium-containing sights are fresh and new inventory unless specified otherwise. Most sights have the date of manufacture printed on them or on the sealed package. Do not attempt to return your old sights to us, we know the difference.
  • Scopes and sights must be inspected immediately.
  • Once mounted and/or shot with, they are no longer eligible for return and any warranty issue is to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Any scope being returned with ring marks or any other signs of use are not eligible for return.
  • Once a scope is registered with the manufacturer, it is not eligible for return and any warranty issue is to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • We keep track of the serial numbers of the scopes we sell. Any scope being returned with a different serial number in an attempt to pull the "old switcheroo" will be rejected and may be reported to law enforcement.
  • WARNING TO FRAUDERS: We are sorry to have to insert this clause into our auctions, but unfortunately there are unscrupulous people in this world who attempt to defraud us from time to time. We sell expensive items and keep track of serial numbers on rifle and pistol scopes among other items. Any item(s) being returned must have the same serial number and be the original product(s) we sold you. Any attempts to return an item that was not purchased from us but is being passed off as the original item will be reported to law enforcement.
