Payments
Payments made via Credit Cards using Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit, Bank Transfer, are accepted through PayPal, an easy secure online payment service. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to make a payment. Mail Order payments are accepted as well, via Money Order, Cashier Check. Please notify us via e-mail if your payment type is via mail so that we know to expect your payment and not cancel your order. A 7% sales tax fee applys only to orders shipped and ordered within the state of Florida. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and all major Holidays.
Shipping
Lil' Buds Baby`Boutique ships via USPS Priority Mail, First Class, Parcel Post with tracking and delivery confirmation to make sure your purchase gets to you in the most convenient way. Items ship 1-3 business days after payment has cleared, 3-6 business days for custom orders. Rush orders can be placed for an additional 10.00 fee. Please contact us if you would like a rush order. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
International Orders
We offer International shipping Worldwide via USPS International First Class and Priority Mail. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quotes. We can not process refunds for any International orders, Contact us at for any further questions regarding this policy. US shipping terms do not apply to International orders.
Store Promotion
We offer combined shipping for multiple purchases at .99 each additional item! (This does not include interational shipping) Please wait for my invoice to receive the shipping discount.
Please let us know if there is a rush request (additional fee of 10.00 applies to rush orders). If their is an issue filling your order we will email you of the situation.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
Lil' Buds Baby Boutique focuses on attention to detail and quality of materials. We take great pride in our handcrafted creations. So please bid with confidence, and know satisfaction is guaranteed. Lil' Buds Baby Boutique strives for excellence in customer service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact us to make arrangements for a refund. Please note items must be returned within 10 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection prior to an assurance of refund. INTERNATIONAL sales are not refundable due to transit time and currency exchange.
The package must be shipped prepaid with delivery confirmation and insured as we cannot process exchanges without the item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please be sure to include your name, email address, mailing address, date of purchase with the item.
