Payment must be received within 7 days of the sale.
If payment is not received, and communication has not been established; item will be re-listed and a UPI will be filed.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Items must be returned with insurance and a RMA # no exceptions. Items returning without insurance and are found to be damaged will not be refunded. Refunds given for purchase price only (not shipping or handling charges). |

Shipping is Monday thru Friday, please allow 1-2 days after payment for your order to be processed and shipped. We will send you an email with the tracking information of your package. |

Domestic Orders: We offer a variety of shipping methods; First Class, Priority, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground.
International Orders: We ship US Postal Service, never UPS. If your invoice does not give you shipping charges we WILL NOT and CAN NOT ship without shipping costs being paid. Email us to fix the invoice for you. CUSTOMS/DUTY INFORMATION: We will not claim your shipment is a gift (exempt). You will have to pay customs when your item arrives. |
