These were sized a 7 but were tiny and more like a 6 or smaller. They also were missing a heel tip. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a return shipping label and because they were not describe correctly. They fully refunded and paid for shipping. I will always buy from the shop. They have great customer service. I have bought from them many times before and always get gorgeous quality expensive shoes for a great price.

Our relationship goes so far back as I will not leave a neutral or negative. However, it is very sad to see that the postal services now offered do not combine postage, price has increased and delivery is haphazard, insofar as the parcel is marked no signature required and left outside, ready to be stolen, the designated delivery operator does not deliver to the local post office and decided not to buzz on the door. All in all a very disappointing change to an otherwise excellent seller. :(
