How do you ship my order?
Domestic orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground. International orders ship USPS Priority International or USPS Express International.

Our international shipping policy is as follows:

  • Worldwide:
    --under $200 (combined total), USPS Priority International $27
    --$200 or over (combined total), USPS Express International $45
    --Combined shipping is $2.50 per each additional item

  • Canada:
    --Under $200 (combined total), USPS Priority International $19
    --$200 and over (combined total), USPS Express International $30
    --Combined shipping is $2.50 per each additional items

We reserve the right to ship with the method of our choosing unless specifically instructed otherwise. 

If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, please simply change the address of your PayPal account.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do! Please wait to pay until you are finished shopping and then e-mail us for an invoice with combined shipping so that all of your purchases can be shipped out together with one total shipping cost. The item with the most expensive shipping price becomes the base shipping cost with $1.50 per additional item for domestic orders and $2.50 per additional item for international orders.

How does Free Shipping work?
If you order a single item marked as Free Shipping, this item ships for free if it's shipping domestically. If you have a combined order, the item with the most expensive shipping price becomes the base shipping cost. I.E. Combining one Free Shipping item with one $10 Shipping & Handling Item = $10 Total Shipping & Handling. You will not be charged an additional fee for the item marked Free Shipping, but if you have other items in your Combined Order with shipping costs, each additional item adds $1.50 to the total.

How do I return an item?
Pack item in the original box if possible. Address your package to:

Please enclose the form that accompanied your order or a short note stating the item number, your eBay ID and why you are sending us the return. On the side of your return box, please write your last name in large uppercase letters. You have seven days from the date received to return the package. You will be refunded five business days after we receive the returned item.

Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes--we at Linda's Stuff pride ourselves on only selling 100% authentic designer merchandise. We work with professional authenticators to confirm authenticity. We are so confident in the authenticity of our items, that we will issue a full refund if you feel that you've purchased an inauthentic item.
