We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at LinenTablecloth but understand that online purchases do not always meet customers' expectations. As part of our ongoing commitment to industry-leading customer service and quality, we gladly accept returns on merchandise purchased from our store under the following conditions:
- Return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Only authorized merchandise may be returned and must be received within 30 days of authorization
- You may not return:
- Open items (other than a single item used for sizing)
- Used or laundered items
- Items from the Clearance or Factory Discount sections of our store
- Items restricted from returns during certain promotions
Will be issued by the original payment method or store credit. Please send us a message on eBay to let us know if you would like a strait return or an exchange. We DO NOT refund your original shipping costs because we are still charged to send your items even if you decide to return them.
Will not be charged as long as you exactly follow the directions from the approval notice. However, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed for one or more of the following reasons:
- Returned items do not match approved items
- We must collect additional information from you after we receive the merchandise
- Your RMA number is not clearly marked on outside of the returned packages
- Items are returned in an unapproved condition (opened, laundered, etc.)
- Items are returned without authorization and/or an RMA number
Return shipping is your responsibility and you can ship your return back using any carrier that you wish however we strongly suggest using a method that allows tracking.
Defective Incorrect or Missing Items
Will be processed the same as returns with the following exceptions:
- We will pay for and provide return UPS Ground labels (but the cost may be deducted from your final refund if we determine the items were not damaged or sent in error)
- If you still need the original items delivered we will send replacements instead of issuing a refund*
*IMPORTANT: We will only cover the cost to ship replacements via UPS Ground
In order to prevent internet fraud we unfortunately cannot send replacement items before we have received the original merchandise in our warehouse and verified the claim. Since shipping back and forth can take time, if you need replacement items quickly we strongly recommend that you order the new items immediately through our store and we will refund you by your original payment method as soon as the returned items are received and processed. Please inform our returns department if you prefer us to process the return this way.
A brief note about textile dye lots:
High demand for our merchandise necessitates that we use multiple manufacturers to produce enough for our customers. Since our merchandise may come from various manufacturers, colors across different table linen types and sizes may not match one another exactly. To the best of our ability we try to control the consistency of colors among the various table linen types and sizes, however, we cannot guarantee that all items of a given color will match, especially when spread across multiple item types.
Within a given table linen size we will make our best effort to provide merchandise with the closest color match. Please be aware that, even within one item type and especially on larger orders, we cannot guarantee that all merchandise will match exactly since the items may come from different dye lots. These factors are beyond the control of our staff as they have many orders to fulfill daily and cannot ensure that all items come from the same dye lot.
*dye lots does not qualify for replacements. If you would like to try & match the dye lots, you will need to follow the process for exchanging.*
