Parcel must be signed for upon delivery or it will be taken to your local Royal Mail depot to be collected within 7 days. After 7 days the parcel will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs incured.
Returns Policy :- Returns accepted within 7 days of buyer receiving item and after buyer has informed us via ebay "contact seller" message as to the reason for returning the item. The item must be in the same condition as when you recieved it including any tags and original packaging etc. Faulty or wrongly sent items will be exchanged or refunded. Buyer pays return postage. For international returns only cost of item will be refunded and not any post & packaging costs.Lingerie & underwear items are non refundable and non exchangeable for health & hygeine reasons unless in sealed packaging and unopened.
