LinkDelight guarantee its items are ALL BRAND NEW and in the original factory box and packing. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. All products are covered 12 Months Manufacture's Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
- Return / Replace Terms:
- We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
- The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
- Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and the original package) with a return ID (given by our customer service). Sending back without return ID will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping; LinkDelight will cover all expense of sending replacement.
- Link-delight does not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
- During all warranty time, LinkDelight offers Free repair for defective item (but we may charge the cost if some parts need replace).
- The replacement item(s) will be sent out only if we received the returning item(s) from customer.
- For the refund case, the shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
