Are your
products new?
Yes, all our products are new and come with a 1-year
prorated manufacturer's warranty.
What forms of
payment do you accept?
We
accept Paypal (www.paypal.com) and Moneybookers (www.moneybookers.com)
payments. If you are paying by Paypal, we only ship to CONFIRMED Paypal
addresses. This is because too many have reversed the Paypal payment and we've
been out both the money and the product. We also have a merchant account for
Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards. Please contact us for
details.
Can I pay for
my purchase in another currency?
Our
Visa & MasterCard accounts are in U.S. funds only. However, depending on
the country you reside in, your credit card may be converted into the currency
of your country. If you wish to pay for a purchase with Canadian dollars,
Australian dollars, Euros (€), or UK Sterling (£), the only possible options
would be to pay using Paypal or Moneybookers. To
do this, please contact us and we will gladly convert your invoice using
current exchange rates.
How long will
shipping take?
Once
the item has been shipped to you, standard shipping rate for all orders is 4-14
days. Typically, the average delivery time is 7 days to any order within North
America, and 7-10 days to an international destination.
What if I'm unhappy
with my item?
We
standby every product we sell. But if for any reason you are not 100% happy
with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days from
purchase. (Please see our Returns Policy for more details.)
Can I pick-up
my order?
