RETURN POLICY
If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this
product, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Lion Battery for a full
refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and
handling charges (and our restocking fee, see below).
If
you decide to return the product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number that should be included with your return. To do that, just e-mail
us with the product information stating the reason for the return.
You
must return the product undamaged and unused in its original packaging,
including the manual, the inserts, the authorization number and a copy of the
packing slip. Collect shipping will be refused, so will the return of damaged
product, for that we strongly recommend that you include insurance to the
shipping of any return. There is no refund for used product, because we don't
sell used items.
A
restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns to cover our expenses.
