Lip-Ink® International strives to provide only the highest
quality products to our customers and retail partners.
However, should you find cause to return or exchange your product,
you may do so within 15 calendar days starting from the ship date.
We must receive the products before the 15th day.
Product must be returned in its original form unopened
to Lip-Ink International to the address provided. We also will
replace any damaged products or any items that to not match
the item(s) presented here. Just contact us at ebay@lipink.com,
and we would be happy to help with your problem.
- Full product Refunds if received within 15 calendar days unopened, starting from the ship date. Not including Shipping and Taxes.
- No exchanges.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs.
- TRIAL SIZES and TRIAL KITS are NOT RETURNABLE.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
