Shipping/Handling
We ship via UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). For orders under $250.00 we will ship "signature NOT required", unless you request it. Purchases costing $250.00 or more WILL require a signature upon delivery. If you have paid by e-Check we must wait until PayPal clears the funds before we are able to ship your product. For all other payments: We will process your order as quickly as possible. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 days (not including weekends) to get your product ready for shipping from our warehouse. For East Coast customers: It may take 5 to 7 business days after we ship for you to receive your product. During periods of heavy volume or inclement weather this delivery time may be longer.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. bidders outside of the continental 48 states: Please contact us for a shipping/handling quote before bidding. Shipping to Alaska,Hawaii, Puerto Rico APOs, etc. may be via U.S.P.S. and may incur additional shipping/handling charges.
Any listing showing FREE shipping is for the continental 48 states in the USA only.
For our Canadian Friends: We ship via UPS Standard or U.S.P.S. to Canada. Delivery time is a minimum of one to two weeks from the shipping date. UPS Standard will generally be 1 to 2 weeks faster than U.S.P.S. delivery. However, they do charge a brokerage fee of $10.00 for purchases of $199.99 or less. This is not included in our shipping/handling charges in the above calculator. For items more expensive than $200.00 contact UPS Canada for an estimate of this brokerage fee.
For other International delivery locations: Shipping internationally can be very expensive so please make sure you want the item before bidding. You may contact us for a shipping/handling quote before you bid. Our shipping/handling quote will not include any brokerage, customs or import fees your country may impose. 
Return Policy
You may return any product for a refund of the purchase price or exchange within 14 days, provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for an RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Refunds are subject to a 15% restock fee and shipping/handling charges will not be refunded. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee.
Detailed Return Instructions:
Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to receive an RMA Number (Or call us at 1-509-663-5255 to have one issued.)
Write the RMA number you received on the outside of the box in large printed letters. Inside include your name address and product you are returning as well as the reason you are returning it. All products must be returned within 2 weeks, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS ground or Insured USPS Priority Mail for your return.

Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure proper delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 weeks of our receiving your returned product. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Please contact us with any questions before returning an item.
