Customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. Exceptions can be made if prior arragenments are made with seller. If after 3 days no payment is received, an invoice will be sent, at which time payment is required within 24 hours. If after 24 hours there is still no payments or contact from the buyer, the seller will re-list the item and report buyer as unpaying.
