PLEASE REQUEST AN INVOICE if you have purchased more than one eligible item on the same date.  We are unable to refund individual payments if you choose to send a payment for each item.

New shipping rates limit what can be combined into a shipping box so a lot of our items that could previously be shipped together can no longer ship Priority Mail and must ship Parcel Post or separate.

Our business hours are 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday and we ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We process payments between 12 - 3 pm and you will receive an email when your item(s) ships.

Shipping and Payment
Our hours are 10 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday except Holidays. We are closed on weekends except for occasional emails and we appreciate your patience. Thank you, we hope your shopping experience was pleasant.
All of our products are from a smoke-free environment, new, never displayed, still in original box and have original paperwork unless stated otherwise. Sometimes the original boxes have labels, dents or scratches that cannot be helped - That is the way they were received and replacements are not always available. Item will not be replaced because of this unless item is actually damaged. Items received damaged will be replaced if possible or a refund issued not to exceed original purchase price.
Shipping charges are non refundable - AND - We must be notified within 5 days of receipt that there is a problem.

Please do not try to handle a problem with feedback, our experience for almost 10 years tells us most situations can be resolved with a minimum of difficulty. We also realize sometimes a telephone call works better than email so please ask for us to call you.

NOTE - We combine items purchased on the same date if they are eligible and you wait for an invoice
Please use the contact seller link since if you use checkout the items cannot be combined after the fact.
Insurance is included on all shipments at no additional charge to our customers.
AND unfortuntely we CANNOT QUOTE our International shipping charges prior to purchase - the items need to be packaged and we are unable to do that for rates only

We try very hard to have happy customers and understand emergency situations
BUT we must be notified if you have a payment problem OTHERWISE -
We notify eBay after 7 days that payment has not been received. After 15 days we file for our final value fees and that can cause you as a buyer to receive a strike from eBay.
