| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Most new, unused and unwashed items with the tags and packaging intact can be returned for up to 14 days after purchase. You must email me to let me know the item is being returned before returning it. I can not accept returns on skin care, cloth pads, and personal care items for safety reasons. Manufacturing defects can be returned for 60 days. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Shipping is not a profit center for me and I do my best to save you money on shipping. I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple items if you let me know before you pay. As a one woman business, I can not offer free shipping unless stated in the listing. Shipping costs me hundreds every month, as does advertising my items on eBay. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I am a work at home mom. I do not have employees. I do my best to ship within 3 business days - unless stated otherwise in the listing. Within the US most items take 3-10 days through the mail. Your PayPal transaction will show the tracking number when the item ships. Outside the US can take anywhere from 10 days to 4-5 weeks depending on customs. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I am happy to ship internationally at the buyer's risk. I ship internatinally every week. Most items arrive quickly and in good shape. On occasion customs holds up a package for several weeks or an item is lost in the mail. I will provide a customs number, but the US Postal Service does not provide real tracking numbers for overseas packages. |
| Q:Do you sell other popular brands? |

| A:Most of the popular brands I carry only allow me to sell through my own web site. I am not able to list these items on eBay. I am happy to offer any available Little for Now, Thirsties, Drybees, Wahmies or Sheepish Grins products on eBay as custom listings if I do not already have them listed here. |
| Q:Do you offer custom made diapers or wet bags? |

| A:I have a small baby and three businesses, so I am not currently accepting orders for custom made items. |

| A:My store number is 801-231-5024. I am most likely to answer between 10 AM and 4 PM Mountain Time Monday-Saturday. |

| A:I do not have a store front, but I am happy to arrange local pickup for Utah residents. |
