We have a 30 day return policy. You can exchange the item or receive a refund. Buyer pays all shipping costs on items bought without free shipping. Buyer pays return shipping costs and a restocking fee on items bought with free shipping.
Two Steps Involved:
Step 1 -
Ebay has a new return system; Pull up eBay and sign in. Click on My eBay in the upper right corner. Click the Summary link. On the left side are navigation links, click on Purchase History. On the right side of the item you've purchased is a gray drop-down menu titled More Actions. Click it, the third link down says Return This Item. Click that and follow the directions but be aware of the choices. If an item did not fit, choose Buyers Remorse. If you choose Item Not As Described or Item Defective, we are suppose to return the original shipping costs. That is okay but, if the item was described accurately or is not defective, we will not return shipping costs.
For exchanges, contact us with item purchased and the item(s) desired. We will let you know shipping costs and price differences asap.
Step 2 -
Ship your item back to us. It has to be in the same condition as when it left us. Once we receive it and all is well, we will refund your PayPal account or we will ship the item(s) you exchanged for. Our address is in the return system. Please purchase a tracking # and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
