We have a 30 day return policy. You can exchange the item or receive a refund. Buyer pays all shipping costs on items bought without free shipping. Buyer pays return shipping costs and a restocking fee on items bought with free shipping.
Two Steps Are Involved:
Step 1 -
We only honor returns through eBay's return system: Sign into eBay. Hover over My eBay in the upper right corner. Click Purchase History. On the right side of the item you've purchased is a gray drop-down menu titled More Actions, click it. Click Return This Item and follow the directions, but be aware of the choices. If your item did not fit, choose It's The Wrong Size Or Doesn't Fit. If you choose It's Defective or It Doesn't Match The Listing we are supposed to return the original shipping costs. That is okay; however, upon receipt of the item, if we find it was described accurately or it is not defective, we will not return shipping costs. Choosing these options will hurt our standing in eBay so please choose carefully.

For exchanges, contact us with item purchased and the item(s) desired. We will let you know shipping costs and price differences asap.
Step 2 -
Ship your item back to us. It has to be in the same condition as when it left us. Once we receive it and all is well, we will refund your PayPal account or we will ship the item(s) you exchanged for. Our address is in the return system. Please purchase a tracking # and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
