I was hooked on Fisher Price Little People from 1973 when I gave my son the Play Family Village. When I was little, my dollhouses either didn't have people at all, or if they did, they did not actually fit in any furniture. Furniture was brittle or flimsy. There were no vehicles they could drive. With Fisher Price, the Little People could sit in a chair or car, or even a toilet or bathtub. The village had a jail, fire station, a theater, a restaurant, barber shop, a car repair garage with lube rack, post office and more. The mailman had a letter for each business that fit in his mail truck to be delivered to all of them. It was a fabulous toy. When my daughter was born in 1975, I gave the Castle to my son the moment we brought her home from the hospital, hoping he wouldn't be jealous of her. It worked! With its pink dragon; royal family; carriage; horse, knight in shining armor; moat and dungeon, he was enchanted! Actually,so was I. My store will also have a wide variety of nice items.
