PAYMENT: We expect payment within 7 days of purchase, by PAYPAL or Money Order. SHIPPING: We ship both to the US and internationally. We do combine shipping, $1.50 for each additional item, not valid for international purchases. All items must be paid on one invoice to receive combined shipping.
