Please do not wait more than 7 days to checkout/send payment for any order or your order will be canceled. And a Non-Paying-Bidder report filed with eBay, which could result in suspension. |

 | A: Buyer pays all shipping on returns.
Mail the item back with the ITEM NUMBER(S) & THE LETTERS SC written on outside of mail bag/NOT the clear bag the dress is in. Package MUST be postmarked within 10 days of you receiving item or it will be refused. Once we receive item back we will email you a store credit code with instructions. |
 | Q: Received Wrong Item or it was Damaged in shipment? What to do? |

 | A: Rarely will an item be received damaged or an incorrect item sent. If this is the case, please contact our customer service dept. at: livingdreams1@aol.com
Damaged items will only be exchanged for the exact size and color you purchased. Please note this is our posted policy and a binding contract through eBay. |
 | Q: How Quickly can I expect a response to my Emailed Questions? |

 | A: We are a super busy Power Seller on eBay but still a very small business. We attempt to answer email inquiries as promptly as possible but we try to keep regular hours so M-F we answer emails between 10am - 6 pm. You can usually expect an email reply within 1-3 days. But we ask that you carefully read ALL our Q&A you may find the answer there! |
 | Q: I saw a dress I love but want it in a Size/ Color not currently listed. . . Do you have more? |

 | A: We are constantly listing & updating our stock. Many items we get are a limited run. So if you see something you like, bid on it. You are always welcome to email and see if we have more in different colors/sizes or if we can order more. We will contact our American suppliers, but we have to wait for their response, so please be patient. |
 | Q: Are those 5 star ratings really necessary to fill out? |

 | A: YES! And again YES! Ebay's new policies require power seller as well as regular sellers to have a certain rating to even list on eBay! So please take the time and fill-in those stars.
