| Q:What is accepted as a return |

| A:If I have grossly misrepresented my item, I will pay for shipment return to me. If you just change your mind and don't want something, you are responsible for the shipping costs. |
| Q:What forms of payment do you accept |

| A:I accept paypal payments only, special circumstances arise from time to time, where I will accept a money order or check/cash payment. In an effort to make shipments leave in a timely manner, I prefer paypal over all other payment methods.
Expect delays if using other methods to pay, as payment will need to be cleared prior to shipment. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items may be returned to me within 7 days of receipt in original packaging and condition. Shipping costs at buyers expense.
Items returned because you didn't like it, not due to my error will incur all shipping fees. Please check all images in my listing and read the descriptions prior to bidding. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Shipping will always be combined when possible.
Ask for an invoice prior to payment and shipping fees will be combined.
Most of my items come with free shipping, these are noted in the listing. For mini's I offer 40 cents off on each additional mini ordered.
Some items are still calculated due to their weight. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I ship items within 2 business days, often times they ship same day.
Items are sent via USPS First class mail on most occasions, some items need to be sent via Priority or Parcel mail due to their weight.
If you are in a rush, I can quote you on faster methods. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Many items are shipped free to the USA.
Other items have calculated rates and no handling charges.
Please ask for an invoice prior to sending payment as sometimes ebay does not calculate the proper shipping charges. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, I ship internationally, ask for an invoice for an accurate quote prior to payment. Any overages in shipping fees will be refunded through paypal. |
| Q:How big are the mini's? |
|
| A:miniatures are approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in size, some are a little bit larger and some are a little bit smaller, some taller and some wider.
All listings include at least one picture that has a ruler in it, please check all images and read descriptions before bidding.

| Q:how large are the butterflies? |

| A:Butterflies are approximately 2 3/4 inches wing tip to wing tip and 1 1/2 inches tall, tail to antennae. |
