  All other products are guaranteed to arrive in full working order.  Malfunctioning products must be reported within 30 days of original shipment

  • Warranties cover Replacement or Repair only - it does not cover shipping costs

  • Once you have submitted your claim, you may be asked to return the malfunctioning item.
