| A:You will! You will register the domain in your name. Never allow a company to register YOUR domain name themselves….EVER! |
| Q:Do I have to host my web site with you or is there a transfer fee if I host elsewhere? |

| A:No. Feel free to host anywhere your heart desires and there are no transfer fees or any additional cost to have us upload your new site design to your host. We feel that forcing you to do something that you don’t want is unethical and we recommend staying away from any design company that requires otherwise. |
| Q:Do you guys do web site re-designs? |

| A:Absolutely! We are confident we can take your boring design and make it pop with the personality you originally envisioned. |
| Q:How long will it take you to complete my site? |

| A:Usually 5-10 business days depending on the size and complexity of your site. |
| Q:What is required of me personally? |

| A:We just ask that you send us the most detailed description possible of what you are dreaming of. You will need to provide us with the text and photos that you want displayed on each page. |
| Q:What if I don’t have the text or don’t have the time to write it out? |

| A:We can provide you with custom copywriting to compliment your business but it will cost extra so please see our “custom content” page for prices. |
| Q:What if I don’t have photos and need you to provide them? |

| A:No problem! We can provide you with high quality photos for an additional $5.00 for each photo. |
| Q:What if I hate you guys and decide to take my domain name and hosting elsewhere? |

| A:Why would you hate us? That’s not very nice, but you are free to take your domain name, hosting and web site design anywhere you choose at any time for any reason but you will be responsible for moving and transferring everything. |
| Q:What if I have a problem with my hosting or domain account? |

| A:We’ve never had a client experience anything major and rarely anything minor, but we do provide exceptional 24/7 tech support by phone with little to no wait times should there ever be a problem. |
