High bidder has 36 hours to contact the seller with their name and complete shipping address. All payments except paypal are due within 7 business days of auction closing, paypal payments are due within 24 hours of auction closing. There are no exceptions, otherwise item or items will go back up for auction and high bidder will receive negative feedback. If auction winner chooses not to get insurance, seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items
