Shipping and Store FAQs:
Thank you once again for stopping by. This will be my 10th year on eBay. My goal every year is to make your shopping experience as good as it can be.

These are the questions I get most often, and a few tips to make sure your buying experience is a good as it can be:
-What exactly is my shipping fee paying for?
As a buyer as well on eBay I also want to know what I am paying for when I spend money on shipping.
All shipping fees include a 50 cent handling fee. That helps me pay for supplies (boxes, tape, packing material, etc), taxes, and fuel. In the long run all of that for one order is usually more than 50 cents, but I do not want to overcharge my customers. I feel that 50 cents is a fair handling fee.
The rest of the shipping fee charged is exactly what I am charged by the USPS or UPS.
Domestic: All shipping within the United States includes tracking/delivery confirmation.
International: All shipping includes a USPS Certificate of Mailing and Insurance. Both are explained in detail below.
-How often do you ship?
I ship everyday Monday - Saturday. Most orders are processed in the evening and shipped the next afternoon.
-What shipping services do you use?
I use both USPS and UPS.
For higher priced items I prefer to use UPS or USPS Express shipping as both can be tracked.
Items weighing over 2 pounds I prefer UPS as the shipping in many cases will cost is less for you my customer.
For 1-2 video games, action figures 1 pound or less, the USPS is the best option.
-What is the difference between Priority Mail and First Class Mail?
Actually nothing. Priority Mail is first class mail over 13oz. There is no reason to pay the extra money for Priority over First Class, as it will not get there any faster.
That is the reason I do not offer Priority Shipping for video games and most other products weighing under a pound.
-Can you please let me know when the item ships?
There is no reason to ask me this. Ha Ha! I send out a personal e-mail to each and every customer with all shipping info. If you have a spam filter, and do not receive my e-mail, you can check your feedback as the actual ship day will be left there also.
Not only that, all domestic orders are processed through PayPal. Whether you choose UPS or USPS, PayPal will send you an e-mail when the shipping label is processed.
I purchase a Proof of Mailing on all international orders shipped via USPS first class mail. You may request a scan of this if your package is delayed. The general delivery times for USPS International Mail are stated below.
-Do you offer insurance?
YES! As of 1/9/10 we offer insurance through a third party company for both domestic and international shipping.
Insurance for domestic shipping is an option. Please contact me prior to paying for your item so I can add insurance to your item.
All international shipping is insured. The insurance is included in the shipping price.

-I am an international buyer do I have to purchase insurance?
No, you may opt out of the insurance under certian criteria. You must let me know prior to the end of the listing.
To opt out the buyer must have received over 100 feedback ratings, and have at least 10 positive feedbacks within the past 6 months. The buyer must also have been an eBay member for over 1 year.
With all of that said, regardless of the listings total value, insurance will help protect your purchase in case of loss or damage.
Generally, for most listings under $100, the insurance is less than $2.00.

-How long do you think it will take to get here?
USPS Priority Mail/First Class Mail generally takes 2-5 working days. With that said, during peak shipping seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, when the Post Office has a Holiday off) delays should be expected. Please plan early!
UPS Ground generally takes 2-5 working days and the estimated time of arrival can be tracked! Please consider this when ordering. All though it does cost a little more in some cases you will know the day the item is scheduled to arrive. During the holiday rush that does come in handy!

- Do you leave feedback?
Yes, all paying customers will receive feedback usually no later than 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.
As a courtesy, Please do not ask me to leave you feedback. Sometimes due to issues not under my control your feedback will be delayed.
It is very important to me to leave you feedback and you will receive it.
- Can I Save on Shipping Fees with Carded Action Figures?
Yes!!!!
Do you really need that action figure on the card?
If not there are several ways we can cut you shipping fees, sometimes in half!
- If you are going to open the figure up anyway let me save you the time and ship it open, loose, and complete. This can save a few $$ for sure.
-. My NEW FAVORITE Option is to cut the card and ship the figure in a bubble mailer or a box. This can in some cases save even more than shipping loose in a box as it does not need as much packing material. When the figure gets to you it will have never been touched by human hands.

PayPal orders are shipped within 1-2 working days once the payment has been received!
International Order Payments accepted:
PayPal only
Most domestic orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
UPS Ground shipping is also available. If the listing does not quote UPS shipping the customer may contact me for a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE SHOWN TO BE DELIVERED VIA THE USPS OR UPS WEBSITE. Once it is shown to be delivered our transaction is over.
There is an additional fee for USPS insurance and it is optional. Please contact me for a quote.

We are not responsible for items lost, broken, or damaged in shipping where insurance is offered and not accepted

Most international orders are shipped 2-5 business days after the payment has been received.
Cost of shipping first class international mail now includes a proof of mailing card and insurance.
USPS International Shipping Info:
First Class International Mail delivery time can take 10+ days. The USPS does not offer insurance or tracking. Because there is no tracking we do not offer refunds for items that do not arrive.
Priority International Mail delivery time 6+ days. Insurance is not offered on Flat Rate Priority. Insurance is offered on standard Priority for an additional fee for packages valued over $50. For values under $50 insurance is included. Very limited tracking is offered. Some countries such as Brazil do not offer any tracking at all.
Express International Mail delivery time 3-5 days. Insurance is offered and tracking to most countries.
All delivery times are estimates, and can take less or more time depending on country of destination and any delays due to customs, weather, etc.

The shipping fee for all games is based on the weight of the game + a small 50 cent handling fee for supplies, gas, tax, etc.
International shipping fees include a $1.15 fee for USPS "Proof of Shipping" form.
Action Figures:
U.S. Only
All figures on card weighing a pound or less are shipped Priority Mail
Multiple figures or lots are shipped based on zip code and weight now because of the USPS new shipping system.
