Please contact us within 3 days of Auction end. Payments are due within 7 days of the auction end, (including buy it now, and store merchandise). All sales are final, except where specified. In instances where there is a return policy, for damaged goods only, all returns are for same merchandise and we do not refund shipping. If you have a problem, please notify us before sending negative feedback. We will work with you to remedy any problem that arises. Negative feedback hurts all of us. We normally do not like to leave negative feedback, but if you purchase from us, and do not contact us, or do not respond to numerous email attempts from us, or do not pay for your item, most likely we will leave negative feedback in these cases. Please do not bid if you do not plan to pay. We are not responsible for any misuse resulting in any injury caused by any product in our store. Please contact us with any questions you might have, on measurements etc. before bidding. Sorry, No returns on clothing or shoes that do not fit.
