Lorrina's Hot Deals Return and Warranty Policy
- Return Guidelines
You may return most NEW & UNOPENED items sold within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. All refund and replacement requests must be authorized by us within 10 days of the package delivery date for United States orders, and within 30 days of shipment for international orders. Once your item(s) arrive, please make sure that the order is correct, intact, and complete. If for any reason there is an issue or problem, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue quickly. Missing item(s) and damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. Each return is treated as a case by case basis so you must contact us when you have an issue with your item(s).
Return requests must be submitted by contacting us with your complaint or issue. Please be sure to visit the publishers website for any known issues that may be known so you can fix it immediately. All return request must be pre-authorized by us for processing. Any returns received with this authorization will not be eligible for refund. If you return an item that is not authorized, it will not be processed and held until sender makes arrangements for reshipping the item back. All items returned must be in there original packaging, including all paperwork and parts.All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in the event that the return is a result of our error. ALL RETURNS REQUEST MUST BE MADE IN WRITING, AND ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURNS MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA NUMBER).
- Items that are Non Returnable
Lorrina's Hot Deals does not accept returns of the following items:
Any video game or software without a security seal (if originally present)
Any products with a missing or used key number
Any product with missing parts
Any product missing the serial numberor UPC
Any products that are broken or obviously damaged by the customer
Any products that show signs of use or wear
** Any items that meet one or more of the above are NOT eligible for refund or replacement! **
- Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following:
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Any item that is postmarked more than 7 days after return authorization
Any CD, DVD, Software, Video game, and Items that have been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap.
(If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full replacement will still be granted.)
- How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors which will be determined when your item is returned.
Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund, less shipping and handling.
- Defective Items
Items believed to be defective can be returned within the return period. Any information required by us must be provided within the 30 day period. As with all returns, the return must be accompanied with our issued RMA number displayed clearly on the return packaging to be accepted and/or eligible for a refund/exchange.
Prior to reporting any defective item, you must contact the publisher or manafacturer of the item to find out if this item is defective. You may contact them via their support section at their website. All defective items must be accompanied with WRITTEN verification from the publisher's technical support team that the item is defective and all reasonable measures to correct the issue(s) have been undertaken.
Alternatively, you may request to have the item tested by our testers once we receive your return. In these cases, written verification from the publisher is not required. Your return will be tested for the issue specified in your RMA number request. All defective items are eligible for a full refund, including shipping. Any non-defective items are eligible for a reshipment, contingent upon receiving the appropriate reshipping fee.
