1. Return Policy Guidelines
   
   Every item in our store will have the return policy information in the actual listing at the bottom policy section. Please visit the item(s) listing and scroll down to the bottom area to read the return policy terms.
   
   
2. Item(s) Arrived Damaged
   
   If your item(s) arrived damaged in any way, please contact us immediately explaining the issue. We may ask you to take some photos showing the damage which will expedite the replacement claim process. Once we receive this information, we will have a replacement order processed and shipped to you. Please use the "Contact Seller" on the listing or your purchase history area, or you can email us directly.
   
   
3. Item Received is Different then advertised
   
   If your item received is different then what we advertise on our listing, please "Contact Us" immediately so we can take the needed actions to fix the issue. We do our best to describe our items in great details and provide our customer's with all the specifics for the items. We do ask that you do double check the description text and other details in our description area of our listing, because many customer's will purchase items without reading the description. Due to the many licensed items we sell, sometimes the licensed design changes without the manufacturer informing us of this change. This change could have been just recently which we get caught in the change over period.
