Item was what was shown and what I ordered, seller was responsive and agreeable to negotiation. The reason for neutral rating is these hard chrome plated forks were pristine, which was why I paid more for this set, I'm trying to restore to original my 86 rebel. Seller sent rails loose, unwrapped, not padded, in oversize box that arrived crushed and open. In future, such items should be wrapped with paper/bubble wrap, in appropriate sized box or packed to prevent crushing, and marked fragile.

Sorry to hear this. We do wrap our products to keep them very well protected. It sounds like the mail carrier was just extra rough unfortunately, and that the wrapping may have even fallen out. We do our best to ensure that products arrive safely by packaging them well. Please do not hold this against us.
