P&P RULES FROM APRIL 2014
For orders to be posted within the UK, the postage and packaging charge to send 1 item will be £1.10 and just 20p extra per item up to a maximum p&p charge of £2, once this threshold has been reached regardless of how much is ordered this cost will not increase. This is for all charm and jewellery findings orders, individual charges apply for miscellaneous craft and paper items but is indicated within the listing.
All items are sent by 1st class post either the same day (if funds have cleared before 1:30pm) or the following morning, and are sent in a padded envelope. 1st class post takes approx. 1-2 working days under normal circumstances, however, please be advised that Royal Mail DO NOT class post lost until 15 working days have elapsed, if your parcel is not received within a week please advise me in order that I can resolve the problem for you.
For non-UK/overseas orders specified countries are indicated within the listing, the cost to Europe is £3.40 for the 1st item and 20p per item thereafter, to the USA/Canada it is £4 for the 1st item and 20p thereafter and to Australia it is £4.20 for the 1st item and 20p per item thereafter. All items are sent by airmail small packet service. Items are despatch either the same day or the following day and approximate delivery times will be advised in an email. As a guide EU countries have an approximate time of 5 working days, this however is not guaranteed. If your country is not listed please enquire for cost of postage and packaging before ordering.
To benefit from these discounts all items must be bought and paid for on the same invoice, from this autumn ebay are rolling out changes to buy it now, therefore if you are purchasing several items, to ensure that you receive the correct and maximum postage discounts offered you must add your items to the shopping basket and the system should calculate the discount automatically and apply it to your invoice.
The ebay automated checkout system does not always deduct these combined purchase discounts correctly so If you are unsure of the amount you should be charged for p&p please email me for an invoice or click on "request total from seller" in the checkout process. I cannot fully refund any p&p charges that may have been overpaid if items are paid for separately on different transactions as a fee is levied via paypal and ebay for each transaction, however, if I spot that several transactions have been made I will pass a partial refund, and you will be advised of this via email.
Please be advised that I primarily sell low cost items and I am charged by ebay per item sold as well as a charge for the p&p cost! Therefore a small percentage of the p&p charge goes towards this fee, as well as the paypal fee, cost of the stamps, padded envelope, grip bags etc, I do endeavour to keep my listing and p&p fees competitve.
If there are any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to email me via ebay messages or at email@example.com
