How soon do I need to pay for my purchase?

Payments are requested within 7 days after your purchase or the end of the week’s auctions.  We’re happy to hold your purchases for 7 days if you are bidding on auctions and want to take advantage of a shipping discount, please just let me know.

Do you offer a shipping discount?

Yes, however I do ask that you pay for your purchases on one invoice that will have the shipping discount applied.  Our listings usually indicate that that shipping for each additional item is $1.  If the item is small and/or light I will adjust that price.  I’m happy to hold your purchases for 7 days if you are waiting for any of our auctions to end.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to international locations.  We will ship your purchase via United States Postal Service (USPS) global priority mail or First Class International Mail.  Insurance is now available with global priority and is $2.40 for purchases up to $50.  If you’d prefer your order can be shipped USPS Global Express which includes Free insurance up to $100.   

Please email for a shipping quote if you are unsure how much your items will cost to mail.  For countries that do not accept global priority mail your package will ship via airmail.  Please contact me if other shipping arrangements are needed.  For international orders the customs form is marked with the actual price you paid for the item(s) and a pay pal receipt is included with your order.  Sorry, but I do not mark packages as gifts or adjust the selling price.  Buyer is responsible for any taxes incurred on your purchase.

Can you help me find a stone that isn’t listed on your site?

It’s very possible.  I have a large inventory of crystals that are not online yet. Let me know what you’re looking and if I have it in stock I’ll send you some pictures.  If it’s not in stock I’ll check with my vendors and get you a price.

Will the stone I purchase heal my physical issue?

The description of each stone is for informational and entertainment purposes only and are in no way intended to be considered medical advice, substitutions for prescription medicine, traditional or holistic medical care.  You should ALWAYS consult a licensed medical doctor for any medical or emotional issues.  These are just suggestions for using the stones.

Where do your crystals come from?

I’m very pleased to offer crystals from all over the world.  This includes stones from Mexico, Brazil, India, Russia, Madagascar, Tibet, US, Afghanistan, South Africa, the Congo, China and Uruguay to name a few.

Can you use crystals to make elixirs?

I received my crystal and it doesn’t seem to be the right one for me. The measurements seem to be different than what’s in the listing. The crystal seemed to arrived damaged. What should I do?

It’s very simple, if you’re not happy then I’m not happy.  I do guarantee every item I sell.  If for some reason the item arrives damaged, isn’t the correct item, or isn’t as described and pictured please contact me for refund instructions.  I do my best to accurately detail the measurements of the stones but I’m not an engineer or math major.  If I’m off or made a typo on the size please just drop me a note.  I’d really prefer not to hear about a problem for the first time in feedback.

How do I use my crystals?

That depends on the crystal and what your purpose is for purchasing that crystal.  It’s not uncommon to use the crystals while meditating, in healing, energy or chakra balancing work, to make elixirs, put in your plants and gardens, grid work, decorating or in Feng Shui.  Many of our customers just carry them in their pocket, tuck them in their bra, put them under the bed or on their nightstand.

Can you use more than 1 crystal at a time?

Yes, you can.  Some crystal combinations compliment each other more than others.  If you are new to working with crystals you may want to limit yourself to 2 crystals at a time since the energy may be overwhelming in the beginning.
