Payment Terms: Payments are requested within 7 days after your purchase or end of an auction. Our prices are listing in US dollars and do not include shipping unless stated specifically in the auction. Georgia residents please add 6% sales tax. We accept PayPal, money orders, and cashier checks. We’re happy to hold your purchases for 7 days if you are bidding on auctions and want to take advantage of a shipping discount, please just let me know.

Shipping Policy - Domestic: Your domestic purchase will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) either first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the weight of the package. In most cases your order will ship out 1 day after your payment is received. Insurance is optional and buyer is responsible for all uninsured packages. All our stones are wrapped with TLC. I do combine shipping and offer a discount for multiple items that are paid for with one invoice. Please contact me if other shipping arrangements are needed.

Shipping Policy - International: Your international purchase will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) global priority mail where possible. In most cases your order will ship 1 day after your payment is received. Insurance is not available with global priority. If you’d prefer your order can be shipped USPS Global Express which includes Free insurance up to $100. Please email for a shipping quote. We do declare the final purchase price on customs declaration forms and the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes. For countries that do not accept global priority mail your package will ship via airmail. I do combine shipping and offer a discount for multiple items that are paid for with one invoice. Please contact me if other shipping
arrangements are needed.

Return Policy: It’s very simple, if you’re not happy then I’m not happy. I guarantee every item I sell. If for some reason the item arrives damaged, isn’t the correct item, or isn’t as described and pictured please contact me for refund instructions. I do my best to accurately detail the measurements of the stones but I’m not an engineer or math major. If I’m off or made a typo on the size please just drop me a note. I’d preferred not to hear about a problem for the first time in feedback.
