PAYMENT
All amounts, including shipping/handling, are quoted in US dollars.

Our preferred payment method is through PayPal.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once we receive your payment it takes 3-5 business days for processing. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current in eBay and PayPal. You will receive an email confirmation at the address listed on your payment, and tracking information the moment your item is shipped (USA). Please check your email.

Shipping fees are based on item, destination and shipping method you choose. Combined shipping is offered and this is set up to work automatically when you checkout.

All items are shipped either USPS First Class or Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is not provided, and it is optional. We will replace items damaged during transit only if insurance was purchased. If you wish to add insurance in case of lost or damage in transit, please request it on the invoice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Wrong color? didn't like it? changed your mind? Return it!

We take anything and everything back.. as long as you return it with all its labels, stickers, packaging... unworn, not smelling funky... or like your dog rolled over it... get it?

LoveToShopForThings must receive the return within 14 days of purchase, mmmkay?

If an exchange is needed, and you the replacement item super fast, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when LoveToShopForThings receives the original merchandise back.

If you would like to simply return your item for a refund, refund will be processed once item is in our hands.
Not before...
You must return the item using First Class with Delivery Confirmation in order to avoid lost merchandise. If item gets lost or damaged in transit, we will not be able to process a refund.

Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges unless we mis-represented the item upon advertising, and/or if you did not purchase Insurance upon delivery. If item was shipped "free", that postage to you will be deducted from your refund.

Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Don't run through the woods with the stuff, mmmkay?

Returning an item is as easy as 1-2-3!
Simply send us an email at loveshopebay@rocketmail.com with the following information.
1. what is the name and address listed on the order AND what did you order
2. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
3. What is the reason you're sending the item back?
4. If this is an exchange, what would you like to replacement with.

Pretty painless, huh?
We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).
You must E-mail us BEFORE sending your product back!
Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. We appreciate your patience!

If you live outside the USA, certain countries may charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. LoveToShopForThings cannot anticipate these fees and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the US Postal Service to determine what type of fees you may expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order.
