We are shipping the products from our Hong Kong warehouse, which normally takes 7 to 15 working days to arrive anywhere in the world (sometimes quicker for USA, Canada, UK and AU). We use Hong Kong Post Express air mail for all shipments. However DHL, UPS, TNT and EMS are also available upon request (they are quite expansive and not free). If you want quicker shipping (3 to 7 days),
you can email sales@lovexstore.com for
a quotation.
Some countries may take up to 25 working days for the shipping time, but most should fall in the range of 7-15 working days.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the shipping time, it really depends on the local customs and the local post office handling time. However, due to past experience, the Hong Kong Post express air mail has been doing a pretty good job, and there really is nothing to worry about.
