Custom Quantity

Please email us with your custom quantity request and we will add a custom listing for you. However, custom orders of less than a full case quantity (48, 80, 96 or 200 depending on products) may increase the per item price for certain items.

Please check individual listing for shipping destination. We ship to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for most of our products.

All items are shipped using UPS standard ground service.

Expedited shipping service is available via UPS.

If items are needed at a specific date, please let us know, we will be glad to work out the best shipping options.

If purchasing personalized tags, they are shipped separately using USPS First Class Mail.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for orders to be process, packed and ship.

Personalized items may take 10-14 business days to process.
- If you purchased multiple products from us, please wait for us to send you an invoice with the combine shipping fee. Shipping fee paid before we sent the invoice will not be refunded. Please note that only products from the same manufacturer can be combined shipped.
- Shipping fee to Canada does not include any custom fees. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fee associated with the shipment.

If this should occur, a choice of a full refund or accept a backorder with the expected availability date will be given.
