RETURNS: I do my very best to present my items to you as honestly as possible. Listing items takes a long time, requiring several steps. I have listing expenses as well as have incurred expenses to package and mail your purchase. Of course, I am happy to reimburse you if your item is defective, including reasonable return shipping charges IF I want the item back. Please follow these steps: First, I will need you to send me photos of the defective item with complete photos of the original box you received the item in, second, you must use the same form of mail to return the item as the way you received--except Express Mail. Third, the item must be returned to me within a week of delivery to you. I will NOT pay for Delivery Confirmation--that feature is already included with the tracking number you get with either Priority Mail or UPS), I am honest, and you can't buy DC as cheaply as I can because of the Paypal shipping discount to me.
If the item you are returning is not defective, then it must be received by me in sellable condition (I once had a customer who did not repackage furniture using the bubble wrappings I sent it out in, just stuck it in the box, and it was broken when it arrived here). The return will incur a 15% restocking fee, and no shipping charges will be returned to you.
FOR ALL RETURNS: Once an item has been returned a Cancel-Transaction will be opened for each item. This is the method ebay has to remove a sale, remove your obligation, and for me to recoup some of my loss. Then you will receive an alert on your My Ebay page. Just "follow the thread" within 7 days and agree. Once you have done this, any obligation either one of us has for the sale will be removed and both our obligations will go away. It is really very easy.
A quick word about FEEDBACK on ebay. I strive to earn 5-STAR feedback in all areas. (On ebay, 4-STARS IS FAILING.) I know a lot of my customers are probably new to ebay. As such, you will not understand the stress put on feedback. All ebay sellers strive for positive feedback because negative feedback is taken VERY seriously. If you have a problem with something, PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT IT and give me a chance to make it right if I can. Just a couple of undeserved negative feedbacks can push a seller out of certain kinds of searches, disproportionately affecting a business he or she has worked for years to build. Please give your seller a chance to work things out with you before leaving negative or even 4-star feedback!

Some customers approach ebay as if it were a huge garage sale—my store is not! I am a specialty retailer. I do not accept best-price offers or give volume discounts.
