Every listing has a link to a much more specific STORE POLICIES link. It helps for my customer to understand these things:
1. ALL policies apply to the CLASSIC (desktop)SITE bc the Ebay app stinks!
2. I cannot see items in shopping carts. Please use the shopping cart from any device but change to CLASSIC SITE (the full desktop ebay.com site) to check out so you will be charged the least possible for shipping.
3. ONE DAY SHOPPING RULE: bc lists get so long and confusing. We do not repack. One shipping charge for each day.
4. We work hard & don't have much time for communications! I am sure you will find your answer in the listings, SHIPPING POLICIES LINK or the custom pages on the far left underneath the categories list. We may not answer questions for several days.
